$1,300 / 3br - 925sft - Quiet shared home with 1 housemate - furnished

My great roommate is leaving so it’s time to find another! Please read through all the details below and email or call me if interested. Would also love to meet via FaceTime or in person.

3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house centrally located in Martin Acres...
(just a few minutes from CU, downtown, NIST, and NOA). Bike paths in the neighborhood connect you quickly to any part of town. Walkable to trails too! Bus stop a few blocks from the house. Bedroom and the rest of the house are fully furnished. Includes a newer queen bed, dresser and full closet for everything you might need to bring. Good sized kitchen and bathroom with full bath. A separate part of the house is airbnb-ed as well. Large yard with lots of area for gardening if that's of interest. Loads of street parking right out front. Friendly neighbors as well!

A little about me! Active, but quiet 60+ year old lady with a friendly dog. I love to cook, be outside, garden, play music, spend time with family (who are also nearby), do yoga - lots of the classic Colorado things! Happy to share a meal sometimes or do my own thing. Looking for a friendly, mature and tidy housemate that has a job/school out of the house that likes to keep a peaceful home. Eco-friendly and chemical free space.

Lease terms flexible (but prefer a 9 month or one year contract) with a start date of December 2024 or January 2025, all utilities included. Will require first months rent and one months deposit plus a credit check.

Please email me if you’re interested and tell me a bit about yourself.
