1 Roommate Wanted in 3bd/2.5ba house

We have a room available in our spacious 1,800 sq. ft. house with a 12-mo lease. Rent is $875 per month, utilities (electric, water, internet) averages around $60 per month, depending on the season. The room measures 10’ x 11.5’ and includes a closet... . A $500 refundable security deposit is required at lease signing. This is a main level bedroom that shares a full bathroom.

The house features a variety of amenities, including a dishwasher, laundry facilities, newly added back patio and BBQ. The recently finished basement adds a new laundry room, a ½ bath, and a great room. Please note, no pets are allowed.

Conveniently located off US 36 between Church Ranch Blvd and Wadsworth exits, the house is a 5-minute drive to Sprouts, Whole Foods, Starbucks, Chipotle, King Soopers, and Trader Joes (2025). It’s about 20 minutes to Downtown Denver and 15 minutes to Boulder. We also have a brewery, golf course, and several parks within walking distance.

We have a roommate moving out, so looking for a replacement. Its currently just myself (30, m, engineer) and Isaiah (25, m, IT) living here. We’re looking for a respectful, responsible roommate who handles chores and cleans up after themselves. We enjoy occasional gatherings but keep the home relatively low-key. We value a healthy balance between being friendly roommates and respecting personal space. If you’re interested, we’d love to hear from you!
