There is a master bed & bath available in a spacious 1,800 sq. ft. house with for a 12-mo or 9-mo lease. Rent is $1000 per month, utilities (electric, water, internet) averages around $60 per month, depending on the season. The room measures 18’... x ~9’ plus bathroom & closet. A $1000 refundable security deposit is required at lease signing. This is a basement master bedroom that has its own full bathroom.

The house features a variety of amenities, including a dishwasher, laundry facilities, newly added back patio and BBQ. The recently finished basement adds a new laundry room, a ½ bath, and a great room. Please note, no pets are allowed.

Conveniently located off US 36 between Church Ranch Blvd and Wadsworth exits, the house is a 5-minute drive to Sprouts, Whole Foods, Starbucks, Chipotle, King Soopers, and Trader Joes (2025). It’s about 20 minutes to Downtown Denver and 15 minutes to Boulder. There's also a brewery, golf course, and several parks within walking distance.

The house currently has 2 of 3 rooms filled, both rooms filled with CU students. Two guys; 21 and 22 y/o majoring in engineering (masters) and audiology (last year of bachelors). Looking for a respectful, responsible roommate who handles chores and cleans up after themselves. The house has occasional gatherings but keep the home relatively low-key.
