Hi! I'm a PhD student looking for 2 new housemates. My current two roommates (one PhD and one post-doc) are moving out in May and I will need new roommates starting June 1.

This townhouse in North Boulder is a great place to live - very spacious for... the cost of rent. Quiet neighborhood. We have two floors, each with a living room, and lots of storage space. Campus is about a 10 minute drive away, or 15-20 minutes by bicycle.

I consider myself a clean and quiet housemate. Non-smoking, minimal partying (though this house is a great place to host due to its size). I am a musician but usually play music with headphones.
