151 King Crossing Rd

Our beautifully fully furnished and decorated 2 story end unit townhome is located in the town of Winter park, that is a short walk away from restaurants, bars, and shopping, as well as the Fraser Valley Rec center.
The house has views of the...
mountains or forest area from every window. The indoor hot tub is right off the entry/mudroom that has a connecting door to the master bedroom. On the 1st floor, there is the entry/mudroom, hot tub room as well as the master bedroom and master bath along with the 2nd bedroom and 3/4 bath. The master has a super comfortable king size bed with a connecting full bath. The 2nd bedroom has 2 sets of bunks that sleep 4 right next to the bathroom with a shower. There are also 2 large owner's closets that are for your use. The standup washer and dryer is also on the 1st floor along with a large linen closet full of extra bedding, blankets and towels.
Stairs lead up to the 2nd floor, with a fully stocked kitchen with almost every kitchen tool that you will ever need. A beautiful dining set that seats 8 with amazing mountain views from the windows. The kitchen has a small bar for chatting with the chef and extra eating/drinking area. The living room is extremely spacious with vaulted ceilings, wood burning fireplace, pullout couch, an extra nook with a futon under the skylight with views of the mountains. There is also a sunroom with a very comfortable futon couch that looks out 4 huge picture windows. Perfect to drink your coffee on a sunny morning. The 3rd 1/2 bathroom is also on the 2nd floor.
Outside on the deck from the entry is the ski locker and seating to enjoy a cocktail outside.
Our townhome is also located right next to running/biking trails and a very pretty path through the aspens to Wolf Park that has tennis/pickleball courts, basketball, play structure, picnic area, bbqs, bathrooms and huge green space for other sports.
We provide cable, internet, snow removal and water.
This is my happy place. We hope it will be yours as well! We can only allow 1 well behaved dog, do to our HOA rules.
