1B/1BA Spring Sublease on 28th street! 2 bedrooms available (UClub Apartments)

Hi there, my name is Houston and I'm a junior in Leeds for Ops Management. I’m subletting my room in a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom apartment from January 1st to July 25th while I study and internship abroad this spring and summer. The location is great... because it is right across the road from campus with a very convenient tunnel that will take you straight to the basketball stadium and the 3 Kittredge fields where they have pickup soccer, lacrosse, ultimate, and spike ball. There is also a second bedroom available if you want to move with 2 people.

This comes with a room with an ensuite connected to a shared living room and kitchen with 3 other bedrooms.
The room comes with bed, desk, chair, two under bed storage/dressers (the pictures shown are from the showcase room but it is the same).
Main living room includes private patio, couch, coffee table, fridge, microwave, dish washer, washer/dryer, and aircon.
In the apartment complex there is a 24 hour gym, pool, hot tub, beach volleyball court, pool table, ping pong table, barbeques, rooftop patios, maintenance workers, computer labs with printers, 7 story indoor garage, and multiple study rooms.

Please reach out if there is any interest at all and you can also reach out by call or text at (805)704-3345. Thanks!
