Beautiful 3 bedroom house in East Boulder! Unit features updated flooring, washer and dryer, and a master bedroom with connecting bathroom. Outside you'll find a nice yard and plenty of parking! We ran into some issues when it comes to staying here... for the year after signing the lease so we are looking for people to take over the lease.
