5 Bedroom House on Broadway (close to CU Boulder + cheap rent!)

This house is in a beautiful neighborhood, close to the Flatirons. It is on the same road as the Skip, Dash, FF1 and AB1 bus stops, and it is close enough to the school to not have to drive and to simply rely on the bus stops, if that's what you're... looking for! Also, about a 1 mile bike ride to CU Boulder; close to NIST, NOAA and NCAR.

The house is big and mostly unfurnished, so you can bring whatever furniture you've had from previous places; there is definitely room for it. The bathrooms are, as well, super nice and have a lot of storage. The garage also has a wall of shelves and an extra fridge, so there's more than enough room to store all of the resident's food and belongings.

All the bedrooms are big, and can house at least a desk, bed and dresser of some kind. They all have big windows and heaters/AC.

Additionally, here's a big kitchen with a dishwasher and ample counter space so multiple people can be in the kitchen at one time.

Lastly, there is a beautiful, big backyard which makes a cute studying spot when the weather is nice!

It's a beautiful neighborhood and an amazing space/community for a college student, so please reach out to me and I will answer any questions you may have, and set up a tour of the house!

(Some of my photos are low quality on the post, so please just fill out of the form and put your number if you're interested, and I can send you some better photos!)
