Alpine Apartment, walkable to Pearl and North Boulder Park!

My name is Lucy and I live in a cute little apartment in Central/North Boulder and am seeking a new roommate. My current roommate is moving out of Boulder when our lease ends at the end of June. The apartment is $1065 per month with an additional... ~$40 per month for utilities that aren’t included. It’s located a half mile east of North Boulder Park in a condo building full of lovely people, all surrounding a cute courtyard with a little pool. Laundry is located just across the hall from our door and there’s additional storage in the basement of the building. The bedroom pictured would be your room. Common spaces are fully furnished but if you have anything you really want to bring we can try to fit it!!!

A little about me: I’m 25 and a PhD student in Sociology at CU studying reproductive health. I’m on the school’s triathlon team and spend a good amount of my time swimming, biking, and running (on trail as much as possible!), and then hiking and skiing when I can. Grad school is hard, but spending as much time outside as possible is a priority to me and I try to put that first. I value kindness more than anything, and I take great pride in being a good friend and in living in community with my people. I’m generally very clean (always so in common spaces, with a slight accumulation of clothes on my bedroom floor when I get really stressed), I go to bed around 11pm and wake up at various times depending on workout schedule, and I have a lovely boyfriend who comes over a couple times a week. I’m severely allergic to cats, so unfortunately I can’t live with one, but dogs are fair game!

I just moved to Boulder last August and am still really intentionally trying to build community for myself, so I’m hoping to find a roommate that I can foster a friendship with as well as create a warm and welcoming home. If you think you’d be a good fit, please message me and we can find a time to meet up or call and chat! If we get that far and you’re in the area, you’re more than welcome to come see the place as well.
