Awesome house! Focused, Clean, Communication :)

The #1 thing that matters to me is that the house and roommates must be respected. I am looking for considerate people who can respect communal spaces and know what "clean" means. Communication skills are necessary. I won't outline how to be... respectful, I expect it, and you can expect the same from me :) I think it's crucial to be clear about that expectation. If you can't communicate effectively please don't inquire!!

My name is Reagan! My family manages the property. I will be occupying the basement of the house (not pictured)! I'm an art student at CU! My current roomie is also a student at CU.

summer sublet :))

🔑 The bedroom is $1000 a month (available now)

Utilities are divided among the # of roommates and charged every few months.

⭐️ Excellent location in terms of getting to campus/around Boulder. The 204 Broadway/Table Mesa comes through Moorhead Ave every 15-30 minutes. We are directly on the Bear Creek bike path!

⭐️ Awesome big backyard- is well kept by a lawn service company at no charge to you. Big trees and patio area w/ barbeque.

⭐️ Sweet heated sunroom overlooking the bike path!! it's very fun to watch the path flood when it rains <3

🌟 LGBTQ+ Friendly
