Creekside Apartments - Looking for 1 roommate in a 2 bedroom for 2025/26 academic year
Hi! I (20 year-old, M) am looking for a roommate for next academic year (2025-26) at Creekside. I currently live alone in a 2 bedroom unit, but am considering renewing in this unit if I find a roommate in time rather than downsizing to a 1 bedroom... unit. The unit is fully furnished, although the other bedroom does not have a lamp at the moment.
The only utilities to pay for outside of rent would be splitting electric and internet (through Xcel and Xfinity). Water and heating are covered, and as pictured, there is in-unit AC that plugs into the wall. Rent is $1100/month ($2200/month split between 2 people).
The kitchen is fully functional with stove burners and oven, dishwasher (which connects to the sink), refrigerator & freezer, and cabinet space. One bathroom with bath/shower, toilet, sink, shelving, and a mirror (medicine cabinet). There is also a storage closet with a shelf, coat rack, and shoe space at the front door, and two additional storage spaces (one next to the available bedroom, one with the signaling transformer inside).
I'm relatively clean and very quiet, but you would be welcome to have people over whenever you'd like. Just don't be ridiculously messy or gross, please. Let me know if you're interested and would like to discuss next steps further. I'll be looking for a roommate for the next month or so (before the new calendar year), so contact me any time between now and then.

There's parking in front of and behind the building. Both are surface lots, but the lot in front of the building has a canopy over most of the spaces while the lot behind the building is completely open air.
