It's the perfect location for those who want to live close to CU and downtown Boulder - with all of its bustling, restaurants, coffee shops and bars along with quick access to hiking trails, bike paths and public transportation.

The unit's main living area boasts hardwood floors, original stone walls from 1903, double sliding doors that lead to a huge, private outdoor deck, an updated kitchen that includes a stainless-steel gas stove, a new sink, a new dishwasher, a new stainless- steel refrigerator and ample counter and cabinet space. There is updated carpet in the bedrooms and new paint throughout the garden-level flat. A huge bonus - the unit has its own massive storage room for tenants to use.

One bedroom is extremely large and has its own bathroom. Another bedroom comes with a queen mattress and bedframe with drawers underneath and has direct access to the massive storage space. The third bedroom has sliding glass doors that lead to the private patio.
