Flatiron View Apartments

2 bedroom 1 bathroom unit on the 1st floor of the Flatiron View apartment complex. Features radiant heating, a decent patio, full carpet (except the bathroom), decent sized kitchen and common area, easy access to CO36 and Foothills parkway, surface... parking, and generally good management (not a big corporation). Bedrooms are roughly the same size, each with a slide-open closet, and the place seems like it was renovated recently (last 2-3 years). The apartment also has a decent amount of storage, with a hallway closet and entry closet.

I have already furnished the common area (sofa, dining table and chairs, TV, TV cabinet), and own most of the kitchen supplies. I also already pay for good internet, and have electricity set up for the property. Most kitchen appliances are newer, stove is electric, and I do have an air fryer, coffee maker and grinder, and blender.

PLEASE NOTE: I am a tenant here, the managing agency can be contacted separately, however I already have a lease on the property that I can extend for the 2024-2025 academic year.
