Easy access to CU, pearl street, and all Boulder has to offer. This bikers paradise is right on... Boulder’s extensive, ever expanding, bicycle trail system.

Large furniture (couch, table, bed, dressers) will stay in the unit, desks can stay or be removed, small/personal items will be removed.

This is a private 2 bedroom/1 bathroom with a west facing balcony. In unit washer and dryer and free lot or street parking (never an issue). Cat and dog friendly, and there is a dog park a block away.

Price listed is without internet or utilities which could be set up under your name or paid through us. $1200 security deposit to cover the furniture.
