This space and neighborhood is a... hidden gem, clean, quiet and peaceful, ideal for study and rest and outdoor activities across from Howard Heuston Park and Trail System. You will be living with an 24 year old male, recent CU grad, working as a tax professional. No loud music (headphones, pls), no parties or frequent overnight guests. Looking for a clean, polite and gainfully employed person or co-signer. Proof of income required; positive rental history preferred. $1000 security deposit. Sorry, No Pets or animals, please don't ask.

Very nice area of town, close to Foothills Pkwy and the Diagonal and 7 min drive/16 min bike ride to CU main campus, abundant off-street parking, area amenities, green space, trails, grocery stores and eateries nearby.
