The 2nd bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and a futon couch. The living room has a queen pullout couch. Steps from the free ski/town shuttle route, the stop is about a 75 yard walk. There is condo construction about 100-150 yards from our place. During Winter of 25/26 we expect work to be primarily inside. Noise disturbance likely will be minimal but did want to share.
