Looking for a roommate in grad housing / Newton Court

I will be moving out of my current room in a Newton Court apartment.

You would be taking over my room. Currently, the apartment and the room are fully furnished. I plan to take everything in my room with me, so you would have to bring your own...
bed/furniture.

We have two two-person couches, a TV, and a bookshelf in the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, silverware, dinnerware, rice-maker, pots and pans, electric kettle). The pics in this listing are from when we got the apartment, btw.

There's a storage room outside of the apartment - we usually store things like toilet paper and laundry detergent there, but there's plenty of space to store things.

The room has a closet and enough space for a queen bed, an individual couch, a bookshelf, and a large desk (currently, I have all of this in the room). It also has a great view of the practice field and the mountains :)

You would be living with a PhD student in Computer Science named Ali. He's usually at home and very rarely brings guests over. He also has a super cute kitten. She's usually in his room, but sometimes she likes to roam around.

The rent includes gas, water, electricity, and internet.
