3 bed/1 bath unit with living area and kitchen on the first floor and bedrooms and bathroom on the second floor. Carpeted flooring in living area and bedrooms. Unit has decent storage with a small closet next to kitchen, and a larger coat closet... upstairs. Only the first floor has air-conditioning, but both floors have heating for winter.
Apartment is great location to downtown and Pearl Street with only a 10 or so minute walk. Also close to Safeway and Trader Joes, and Target a few minutes drive. Main campus is about a 15 minute walk (but a lot of uphill) or a 5 minute walk to Folsom Street where the Hop runs.
Base rent if $900 a month, utilities are separate but about $20-30. Electricity is also about $30 between all three tenants. I have Xfinity Wi-Fi that is $28 a month for each person. Currently no parking passes are needed for the complex. I am unsure if the complex allows any pets.
