Rent are significantly reduced for the 1 option available that can be rented multiple ways. With pricing, the most expensive option is Private 1BRs. Less expensive is renting the apartment to 3 as a 3BR and for people on a budget that want all the perks like location and a great home- the cheapest option is naturally, the 2 in 1 BR option with 2 per BR.
Reduced rent prices apply ONLY to the options available in Aug 2025 since I was not able to focus on pre-leasing for more than a year due to family with declining health issues as my main focus . These options are well-loved and have so many perks.
Current leases- Renters pay $1275 with all utilities and parking to be 1 of 2 in a BR Renters pay $1875 for private rooms with most utilities included.
