Seeking Roommate ASAP

Hi there!

My name is Michelle (29 years old, she/her). I am looking for a roommate for my second bedroom who is seeking community, likes cats, and is an all-around kind person.

I posted this place back in February and found an awesome person, and...
now that this person is moving out, I need to find a new person!

About the place:
-Available now, can start December 1, 2024 or sooner
-Ideal lease end July 2025 but negotiable
-Utilities and laundry included
-Unfurnished private bedroom, 14 feet by 7 feet.
-Secured building
-Shared kitchen and bathroom.
-South-facing bedroom window
-Multiple balconies in the unit
-No in-unit washer-dryer, but the shared facilities are 10 feet outside the front door
-A/C unit in living room, and I have a spare I can lend for the summer months for the bedroom.
-Outdoor pool right outside the building open in the summer months
-One parking spot for the unit right outside - willing to negotiate for use of parking space
-LGBTQ+ friendly
-No smoking
-Two friendly cats in residence.

About me:
-I care deeply about community, and I am seeking to build a co-op eventually.
-I have two very friendly cats who live with me.
-I am vegetarian and prefer to keep a vegetarian house.
-I am Jewish, though not very observant, and plan to host Friday night dinners at my place occasionally.

What I am looking for: A reasonable, mature human who is excited to share space with a like-minded individual and her two cats. Someone who wants to be friends with their roommate and do fun things together sometimes.

If you are interested, please message me with the following info:
-Your name, age, and pronouns
-Your current job(s) and favorite hobbies
-When you would want to move in
-Your availability for a video chat in the next week
