About the place: -Available now, can start December 1, 2024 or sooner -Ideal lease end July 2025 but negotiable -Utilities and laundry included -Unfurnished private bedroom, 14 feet by 7 feet. -Secured building -Shared kitchen and bathroom. -South-facing bedroom window -Multiple balconies in the unit -No in-unit washer-dryer, but the shared facilities are 10 feet outside the front door -A/C unit in living room, and I have a spare I can lend for the summer months for the bedroom. -Outdoor pool right outside the building open in the summer months -One parking spot for the unit right outside - willing to negotiate for use of parking space -LGBTQ+ friendly -No smoking -Two friendly cats in residence.
