Photos of the rooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room are shown. All previous possessions will be removed from the rooms and bathroom and cleaned before renting term begins. The kitchen and living room areas will also be cleaned, and much of the furniture will remain.
No pets. Parking permit needed from city.
Location: Very close to CU and Naropa universities campus, 3 blocks to the stadium, 1 block further to main campus. 3 blocks from Sprouts, McGuckin's Hardware, multiple coffee shops, and food places, 4 blocks from the northeast end of Pearl St., 1 block from local park.
