Spring 2025 Sublease in Large House Close to Campus

This is a large house close to campus on the north-east corner. You will have your own room which has a closet and room for a large bed and desk. There are two large shared living spaces and two bathrooms. It is a 5-10 min walk to campus and there is... a bus stop for the stampede bus right in front of the house which comes approximately every 15 min. The kitchen has been recently remodeled, including a fridge, dishwasher, as well as an extra freezer for food storage. There is also ample space for each roommate to store their own food. The house is fully furnished, and I am willing to either take my furniture from my room or leave it for you (bed, dresser, desk, night stand, etc.). Monthly utilities include electricity and high speed WIFI split between roommates. Furthermore, there is a washer and dryer in the house, an extra indoor storage room for bikes, skis, etc. The house also has its own private parking area which easily fits 7 cars allowing for easy parking and room for guests to park if needed. Please reach out if you have any other questions about the house or subleasing in Spring 2025! I am also willing to discuss making some kind of deal if the rent is too high so please don't hesitate to reach out.
