Rent is $1,253.75 per month per bedroom, this includes utilities. You could lease either through just the semester ($250... security deposit) or through the summer as well, until August 2nd, 2025 ($500 security deposit).
Other 2 bedrooms are occupied by 2 junior girls. Girls would be preferred, but all are welcome to apply. The pictures are without any furniture, but obviously most of the unit will be furnished (living room, etc) upon your move in, and some bedroom items may be provided.
Our lease starts in August so we would be able to give you a tour starting then, but please still reach out if you are interested!!! We would love to meet you and get something set up as soon as possible.
