Spring Semester Sublet <2 Miles from Campus

Hi! I'm studying abroad next semester and subletting my apartment for the spring (option to extend to the summer, as well). Our apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room, kitchen with a dishwasher, and is about two miles from campus.... There are a few bus stops nearby, and it's about a 25-minute ride. The apartment has good heating, and you'll only be paying the rent ($897.50) every month; WiFi, electricity, water, etc. are all covered. The lease itself is 12 months, and currently lasts until August 1st, 2025. If you want to stay into the summer, that is absolutely an option. I'm open to leaving my furniture here if that's easier, also completely happy to move everything out. I live with my roommate, Anna, who is a sophomore. We also have a cat! Her name is Nala, she's a sweetheart, but can definitely be kept in Anna's room, and moving in does not mean taking on responsibility for the cat. Building management is pretty chill, and we have a landlord who is decently reliable for fixing issues in the apartment. There is a laundry room in the building, but it's about $3 in quarters to wash and dry a load. The best part about this place is the price, and you get a good amount of your own space. Let me know if you're interested in meeting up or looking at it sometime soon!
