SPRING SUBLEASE: 877 Lincoln Pl - PRICE NEGOTIABLE

Originally $1,800, I will do $1200 a month; price negotiable!!!

I am currently living in a house with five roommates, not including myself. I live in the attic that I have fully furnished. I added bars in the corner of the room to hang up clothing...
because there is no closet. I plan to furnish it even more and will update this listing as I do so.

My room includes:
- an installed air conditioner
- 55 inch TV
- a bed frame that goes up and down
- a mini fridge
- a long mirror
- a makeup vanity
- brand new carpets
- a balcony (I plan to furnish)

My roommates also plan to sublease their rooms, and if you are looking for a place to live with two or five other roommates, this is the perfect place. The basement is technically a separate unit, but we keep the connecting door unlocked so we can all use the common areas together. However, if you decide to live with two other roommates, you can lock the connecting door.

The living room is not yet fully furnished. We are still working on it; however, it includes:
- a couch
- a 55-inch TV (soon to be mounted)
- a large rug
- coffee table
- and decor

The living room is attached to the dining room. It has a table for four, and we plan to add two extra chairs to seat six. The room also includes a mini fridge and a bar cart.

The dining room is attached to the kitchen and includes:
- a refrigerator
- an air fryer
- an ice machine
- a Keurig
- a microwave
- a large pantry

The basement unit its own has a kitchen, washer and dryer, and bathroom.

The bathroom includes a brand-new shower head, and a new shower curtain will soon be added.

Commute:
- it says that the commute to campus is a 28-minute walk. However, my first class is at the armory this semester, and it only takes me 15 minutes to walk that far.

-I also have a class in the Case Building, which is around a 13 min walk

- if you have a car, it is also possible to drive to 17th Street and find free parking around there for class, which I did last year, living just two blocks from where I am now.

- it is a 5-7 min walk to the hill

- a 5 min walk to Chitaqua park
