Our Condo is located on the third floor; accessible via adjacent stairwell or an elevator down the hall. We pride our home in having four balconies - most with a beautiful view of the flatirons and CU Campus. Our kitchen, dining /living room areas are reasonably spacious and there is no shortage of sunlight throughout. Our living room is set with a fireplace and skylight. Our kitchen includes a stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. Our Washer/Dryer combo is located between your bedroom and the other lower floor bedroom. Roof access and an additional common room can be found on the second floor of our condo. The 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom is considered the Master Bedroom of the condominium, suited with its own private balcony. Your private bathroom (pictured above) is directly connected to the bedroom. Common floor areas are either wood or tile and bedrooms are carpeted. Please feel free to contact us regarding any questions.
