SPRING/SUMMER SUBLET IN SOUTH BOULDER
**LOOKING FOR A SPRING/SUMMER SUBLET** Hi, I'm looking for someone to sublet my room in a big 6 bedroom house in South Boulder from January until the end of the lease on 7/31/25. I'm graduating from CU in December and planning to move out of Boulder... so the room will be available starting for spring semester. The house is large with a driveway, garage, and big backyard. The rent is $1,090 per bedroom including all utilities and wifi. The bedroom was just built this summer (August 2024) so its brand new! Good sized room with vinyl/wood floors and enough space for a queen size mattress, two side tables, a big dresser, and either 1 big desk or 2 small desks! The five other girls in the house are amazing, super outdoorsy, and fun! This house would be a great spot for transfers or anyone looking to live in a place with a bunch of fun people around all the time!
