Sublet by CU--Private Bathroom, Furnished, In-Unit Laundry, No Deposit, Utilities Included

Room for Sublet in Central Boulder – Private Bathroom, Furnished, In-Unit Laundry, No Deposit, Utilities Included – $1400/month

Looking for a female roommate to sublet a fully furnished bedroom with an attached private bathroom in a top-floor, 3 bed...
/ 3 bath apartment. The unit is located in central Boulder, about a 5–10 minute walk to campus near Newton Court graduate student housing. The room is available now through July 31st, with the option to renew (message for details). In-unit laundry is included!

This is a great short-term, flexible housing option, great for someone looking for an efficient and easy move-in/move-out. The space is fully set up, with no deposit required and utilities included in the rent.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with two quiet female roommates (ages 21 and 22) who will be away frequently throughout the summer. The available bedroom comes fully furnished with a bedframe, mattress, dresser, desk, and office chair. There is a large attached bathroom and a closet with ample shelving and storage.

The apartment includes a large covered balcony and a large modern kitchen with bar seating. All essentials are included, including a dishwasher, microwave, stainless steel fridge, oven, TV, and small kitchen appliances like a toaster, air fryer, mixer, etc. The in-unit laundry is a huge plus!

Building amenities include secure key-fob access, a package room, front desk assistance, on-call maintenance, study rooms with Apple computers and printers, and a 24-hour gym. It’s also ideally located for public transportation, 0-2 blocks from B-Cycle stations, bike paths, and HOP bus routes.

Because this is a sublet, rent and move-in/move-out is negotiable. The move-in date is flexible, starting any time from now through the summer. Rent will be prorated based on your start/end date. I’m mainly hoping to fill the room sooner rather than later, but I’m open to different timelines. Feel free to reach out with any questions!
