The Brothel

Hi! I am subletting my room in The Brothel for the Spring 2025 semester at CU. I live in a house with 9 other girls, so far no one has found a sublet so chances are you could have the house to yourself!! I live upstairs at the end of the hallway so... it is very secluded. The upstairs bathroom is right next to my room. This house is such a great location on the Hill. It's about a 5 minute walk to campus so perfect if you are taking classes or have a job on campus. We are leaving all of our furniture, kitchen necessities, and what not in the house so there is no worry about having to buy anything besides bedding and other personal items! It has been such a blast living here and I hope to find someone to fill in for me while I am abroad!
