The Lodge 3rd Floor Apartment Close to Campus

Looking for someone to Sublease my apartment for the spring semester! I'll be sad to leave this place, but I am moving out of state for an internship for the spring and summer semester. This apartment has been the perfect place to live as a student.... It's only a 15 min walk to main campus and 20 min walk to east campus, making my mornings extremely easy. My roommate and I already have the main area furnished, so you wont have to worry about that. This apartment feels very modern, with high quality and new amenities. We get great natural night all day, and you'll be up on the third floor with a pretty nice view of boulder. Over the warm months, the property has an outside pool that is a ton of fun. Most of the other residents you'll meet in the lodge are students, and it's a great way to meet new people. The walls are thick and we have never had a problem with noise from other tenants. Washer and Dryer are built in. The wifi is fast, and the unit is perfect size for 2 people. You'll be sharing the unit with my friend Kaleb, who is a sophomore and has been amazing to live with. We've kept this place very clean year round, so you won't have top worry about sloppy or problematic roommates!

The room you'll be taking is a pretty standard bedroom. It has a huge closet and plenty of outlets. It's been very roomy for me having a queen bed and my desk in the room. It also has a ventilation system filtering outside air and a built in fan to the main living area.
Don't hesitate to call or shoot a text if you would like to take a tour or have any questions!
