Townhome with great location

I am looking for two roommates to fill two newly available rooms in a three-bedroom townhouse. The lease term would begin August 1st and it is a 12-month lease.

- Two unfurnished bedrooms available in a great location in South Boulder on Greenbriar...
Blvd. The downstairs bedroom (~$1030) has a private bathroom, and the larger upstairs bedroom (~$960) will share a bathroom with me. I live in the smaller bedroom upstairs.
- We have a washer and dryer in unit.
- Trash removal and HOA fees are included in rent, but we are responsible for water and electricity (the house has no gas)
- Each room has its own thermostat for heating
- We have a driveway and plenty of surface lot parking (and street parking for guests)
-Directly next to SKIP bus stop, which stops on campus and on Pearl Street.
- Easy access to campus by bike (route is nearly entirely dedicated bike paths)

I am a second-year physics graduate student originally from Madison, Wi. In my free time I do a lot of hiking, skiing, backpacking, climbing, and sometimes host board game nights. I am happy to do tours and forward more details and photos if you are interested. It is easiest to contact me via phone at 608-338-8364 (or by email).
