looking for a lease transfer for this beautiful two bedroom, one bathroom pet friendly apartment in north boulder starting august 1 2025 until late july 2026! rent is $2450 a month plus utilities.
i resigned my lease for another 12 months, then... realized this state is not where i belong for another year. i am offering to pay the first months rent out of pocket for taking the lease off my hands. this apartment has hardwood floors in the main areas and carpet in the bedrooms. all appliances are updated and work perfectly- i've never had an issue with any of them. it is on the second floor with a big porch out front and a balcony outside the bigger bedroom. each unit gets one assigned uncovered parking spot and there's extra guest parking and street parking around the corner. location is in a quiet area, right across from safeway and near a few different bus stops and a park. i've loved living here, and i'm so sad to leave this apartment! the heater works well in the winter, and the unit has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal- which all work great.
since this is an occupancy transfer, you will have to apply through four star. when i moved in, i paid first and last months rent, plus deposit, which was $2300. so, total move in costs are $7200, which means the last month is prepaid. this space is ideal for a couple who want an extra room, as the second bedroom is pretty small, but i lived in it with a roommate, so that's totally doable as well. If you would like the large couch, bed, mounted tv, and some plates, bowls, etc. i could leave these behind for you, if not they will be removed. this will leave the apartment ready to live in and allow for an easy move in. perfect for students or anyone looking for a pleasant location in boulder.
