1 Bedroom Available in Clean & Quiet House

1 UNFURNISHED bedroom available to rent in a clean & quiet 4 bedroom home in good condition. There will be 3 total roommates in the house.

The bedroom is 10.75 X 10.75 with no closet, but has a very well designed Tribal Designs closet rack (see...
picture). There is additional storage dedicated to this bedroom in a connected crawl space - where you could store plastic crates or boxes for example. This is also some storage space in the garage.

The available bedroom is the only bedroom on the lower level with a half bath (sink and toilet), and laundry room across the hall.

The lease is month to month with a 60 day notice required by the tenant for move out. Ideally, the lease would begin about May 10th-31st, and continue at least until July 31st. So this could be a short term lease if that is what you are looking for. However, this bedroom will also be rented throughout the Fall and Spring semesters, so you could choose to stay longer as well.

The nearest bus stop is Moorhead Ave and Table Mesa Drive (2 min walk).

There are currently two long term housemates who live upstairs and they are a couple. They are non-students in their early 30's. One is a teacher and the other is a rock climber. They like outdoor sports, are easy to live with, and are looking for a clean and quiet roommate who does not drink or smoke in the house. This is a home where people can expect a peaceful environment and quiet hours after 10:30pm. Of course studying is ok after hours. It is definitely not a social hub or party house.

You are a great fit if you are a mature or serious student, faculty, or a working professional.

There is a nice, large and mostly private backyard. The house is located in a relatively quiet neighborhood.

Pet Policy: There are already two indoor cats living in the house, so no more pets please.

Monthly utilities per person are an additional $100-$135 depending on the season. Most months are about $100.
