1 bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment close to campus!

SUMMER LEASE TRANSFER! (You would only be paying June and July rent since the rest of May and August is covered!!) Beautiful room in a 2 bedroom apartment available and is walking distance to CU! This apartment was newly renovated before my roommate... and I moved in. The living room and kitchen are very spacious and the balcony has a beautiful view of the flatirons! Your roommate would be a quiet woman with her wonderfully sweet dog! Preferably looking for a woman to move in. This apartment is a 10 minute walk to CU's main campus, a 10 minute walk to East campus, and a 5 minute walk to Will Vill. There are multiple bus stops around to take you all around Boulder! The bedroom available is the one without a window, which would typically be a base rent of $1135, but I am lowering it to $900. The rest of May is paid off as well as the rest of August. I will pay the remainder of the rent per month, excluding utilities (usually $40). The apartment complex has a fully equipped gym, a nice indoor pool, and a patio and grill area. I am willing to either sell or leave my furniture there until the lease is up and am flexible with move in dates!
