1 bedroom in house (4 bedrooms) on Pleasant Street
I have absolutely loved living in this house. It is the perfect location because you can walk everywhere, Pearl Street, campus, and all of the restaurants on the hill. The landlords are lovely to communicate with, a couple that own two houses in... Boulder. There are 4 bedrooms in this house (2 upstairs and 2 downstairs) and 2 bathrooms (1 up and 1 down). I know one of my roommates will definitely not be here this summer if you have a friend who wants to sublease as well, but otherwise, my other two roommates are undecided right now. They are so nice and fabulous roommates! There is a front porch with a bench and nice lighting to hang out on, a backyard, and a balcony. From my room, you can open the windows and sit on the roof. It is unfurnished, except there is a kitchen island/table that fits the room perfectly that last year's tenants left. There is a washing machine and dryer upstairs that were put in last year and two refrigerators/freezers (one upstairs one downstairs). There is one parking spot in the back that we can all share but I have truly never had an issue getting a parking spot right in front of our house on the street.
