1 Bedroom Spring Sublet, close to campus and Kappa house

I have one bedroom available for a spring sublease starting at the end of fall semester and ending in May! This is a classic and beautiful Boulder house located right next to Kappa Kappa Gamma and a two-minute walk from campus and The Hill. There... will be three other people in the unit, all of them girls. Two are most likely going abroad/subleasing and one is most likely staying behind in the spring.

**Photos of the room in the listing are of the room unfurnished. The room will be fully furnished by the beginning of September and will remain so throughout the sublease.

This bedroom is 100 square feet and will be fully furnished. The subleaser is more than welcome to use the bed, furniture, storage space, closet, and more. All of my clothes will be in storage.

There is a fully usable kitchen complete with supplies, a washer/dryer, living area with cable TV, and a beautiful balcony with a couch and outdoor lighting. Right across the hall is a full bathroom, as well.

There will be one parking spot available and plenty of street parking nearby.

Utilities are split between tenants for the unit and are based on usage.

Will strongly consider continuing sublease into Summer 2026 if that is of interest!

Please do not hesitate to reach out with questions!

Girls only, please!
