This house is great, its a 5 bed 3 bath, two stories (basement and a main floor). The... house will be fully furnished. There are three bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs with one bathroom. This is one the of the downstairs bedrooms, with a shared bathroom with just one other person. Otherwise there is an open floor plan upstairs, with a big kitchen with an island, living and dinning areas as well as a TV upstairs. There is a pantry for food storage and two closets upstairs that we store household things in. In the basement is the two bedrooms one bathroom, and big living area with a couch and a laundry room. The shower in the bathroom is behind the door, a decent size and has shelfs for storage in it. There is ample parking with two driveway spots and plenty of street parking right in front of the house. There is a garage but it doesn't have an automatic door so it is used for extra storage. There is a nice front yard as well as a covered patio in the backyard, big grass area and a treehouse. Rent is 950/month and average utilities are about $60/month, great prices!! There is three bus stops within a 3-4 minute walk and about 4-5 different buses that can take you to campus, Pearl or The Hill. The FF1 and AB1 come by for Denver and the Airport as well.

For the room itself the dimensions are 11.5 x 12.33 Feet for the room and the closet is 5.5 feet wide and 3.4 Feet Deep. I put a shoe rack and a drawer system in there and theres a wrap around shelf above the hanging space and I still have space to stand in there and for laundry and some extra storage. There is even a little nook of even more storage behind the drawers for even more storage.
