1 Bedroom with private bathroom with shower

Hi! I'm moving to Germany so I'm looking for someone to take over my room for the last 3 months of the lease. Move in would be on May 7 and move out on August 6. The rent has been reduced from $1,056 because it's a sublease, utilities not included... .

You'll be living with 3 housemates, but they all live on a separate floor from you and you will have your own bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The other 3 tenants are all students at CU Boulder. There is a nice living room with couches and a TV, a big kitchen with a dishwasher and dining table.
There is also a garden with a grill you can use. To wash your clothes there is a washing machine and dryer in the unit. You can store any extra stuff you have (like bicycles) in the garage. If you have a car, we have 2 spots in the driveway but the street always has more than enough spots.

Because I am leaving the US, I need to sell the bed before I move out. If you are interested, I am selling the bed for $230 (amazon links down below) including the mattress, bed frame, pillows, duvet, bedding, and comforter.
