This home is in an unbeatable location, just a 2-minute drive from Table Mesa Shopping Center and King Soopers, with a bus line right across the street. CU campus is only 5 minutes away by car or a quick 12-minute bike ride. Plus, you’ll be close to parks, tennis courts, popular SOBO restaurants, and plenty of biking and hiking trails.

A little about us:
We’re a lively bunch of 5 roommates (2 male, 3 female) and 2 dogs. Current CU students, graduates and working professionals who love the outdoors, music, card games, and coffee. We’re into hiking, skiing, crafting, and we keep a laid-back, friendly vibe in the house. During the week, we’re focused on work but like to go out and enjoy some fun on the weekends. We're 420-friendly (no smoking inside) and are looking for roommates who share a similar relaxed, active lifestyle.
