1130 Monroe Drive A, 1BD in an East Campus Townhouse

About the Unit:
Hi! We're Drake and Mike, astronomy PhD students at CU Boulder. We are looking for 1 new roommate for the 2025-2026 lease. The lease begins on August 1, 2025. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 is in Mike's bedroom so really only 1...
available to you), living room, utility room, kitchen, dining area, patio, and a HUGE (shared) yard**. The common spaces are furnished! The unit has washer/drier installed in the utility room, central air and heat, and a dishwasher. We also have an outdoor storage space included.

**The photos are from our landlords listing. House is the same, just different furnishings.

Utilities and Rent:
$1033 a person + electric and internet (~$75) so you'll be spending about $1,100/month

Parking:
There's 1 covered parking space with the carport and an uncovered parking lot.

Other Good stuff:
The complex has an outdoor swimming pool and VERY easy access to the Boulder Creek path.
We're a 5 minute walk from the East Campus bus stops that can get you anywhere on Campus, a 10 minute walk from any of the buildings on East Campus (SPSC, SEEC, Aero, etc.).

Pets:
We also have the sweetest and quietest dog living with us. The landlord, Tami, only wants 1 pet living here. If you have another dog, and it gets along with Schone, we can try and persuade her to let it live here too!

About us:
Mike is a 4th year grad and drake is a 3rd year grad. We're social people and like to hang out with friends from our department pretty often. This includes outdoor activities, dinners, board game nights, or similar.
