1828 Arapahoe Ave Unit 2E (One bedroom sublease)

Such a great apartment! 10-minute walk to campus, 15-20 minute walk to the hill, and Pearl Street. The neighbors are college students, very respectful, and never give us any issues with noise. The laundry machines are right underneath the unit in a... shared laundry room. Parking spots are available around the unit as well. You enter the apartment up a flight of stairs through the front balcony, which is perfect for grilling and hanging out! When you step into the apartment, you are met with white, tall ceilings and a fresh, open space. The kitchen and living room are the largest areas of the apartment and receive great natural light. The kitchen was newly renovated two summers ago and has spacious stainless steel counters and an island where we eat our meals. The kitchen has everything you need, such as a dishwasher, stove, microwave, blender, and a garbage disposal! The apartment then narrows into a hallway where you can find the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are two toilets and one shower (one bathroom is just a sink and toilet). My room is the perfect size! Great natural light and, in my opinion, it is the best bedroom in the house. I was planning on putting all my things in a storage locker, but I can leave my bed frame, desk, and artwork if you would like. I have lived here for two years, and my roommates and I are going abroad for the spring semester. It is a three-bedroom apartment, but only one of my roommates is subleasing(if they can find someone), so you and one other person will have the place to yourselves until the summer. If you want to rent just until the summer, message me and we can arrange that!
