The total rent for one person is 1600, if shared 900 per person (due to the excess of utilities and wear and tear). Very... spacious apartment, Everything outside of your personal room is furnished. Max 7 min walk to a grocery store, surrounded by Sprouts, Whole Foods, Kings, Barnes and Noble, Target, Trader Joes, etc.
Amenities include a gym, bike storage, pool, hot tub, downstairs common area with TV, a kitchenette, pool table and ping pong, and a Grilling area. Everything is regularly maintained by cleaning crews.
