18th & Arapahoe Apt 2E

Hello! Me and my roommates are going abroad this Spring and are looking for 2 people to sublease our unit (the third room will remain vacant). If you and/or any of your friends are interested in subleasing one (or both) of the rooms & would want... a tour please let us know ASAP! (please feel free to reach out even if you are solo and only want one room.)

Such a great apartment! 10-minute walk to campus, 15-20 minute walk to the Hill and Pearl Street, and very close to 29th Street Mall as well. The neighbors are college students, very respectful and fun, and never give us any issues with noise. The laundry/drying machines are right underneath the unit in a shared laundry room, which also features a small personal storage closet to keep skis, bikes, etc. Two covered parking spots are available just below the unit as well and are exclusively yours to use. Trash and recycling are just below the unit. You enter the apartment up a flight of stairs through the front balcony, which is very large and perfect for grilling and hanging out! When you step into the apartment, you are met with white, tall ceilings and a fresh, open space with lots of big windows. The kitchen and living room are the largest areas of the apartment and receive great natural light. The kitchen was newly renovated two summers ago and has lots of counter space, tons of storage space, and an island with stools where we eat our meals. The kitchen has lots of amenities, such as a dishwasher, stove, microwave, blender, and a garbage disposal (we will also leave utensils, dishware, and other supplies for cooking!) The apartment then narrows into a hallway where you can find the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is one half-half and one full bathroom with windows and storage space in both. Both rooms are the perfect size, have large closets and a big window, and can include bed frames if you’d like. We have lived here for two years and absolutely love it. If you would like to sublease this spring (roughly mid-December to mid-May) please let us know! It is possible that a summer lease on one of the rooms could be arranged as well, so please reach out if interested!

**(the photos included of the apartment will show it both furnished and unfurnished - but we will leave basic furniture such as the couch, coffee table, stools, rug, etc.)
