This is a furnished 3-bedroom unit. There will be 2 sophomore male CU students living there during the time of subletting. They are respectful flatmates, and I'm looking for someone who will get along with them, preferably a CU student. The apartment... is in a nice location, it's quiet, there's not too much road noise and the walk to campus is very peaceful and about 15 minutes. The kitchen has all new appliances and a dishwasher, the room comes furnished with a bed, desk and chair, as well as two large closets. There is a laundry room in the building, shared with the other apartments, however it's almost always not in use. Right outside the front door, there's a park with a field and basketball hoop that is regularly used by the CU students in the area.
