Two rooms with private bath in our shared SW Longmont home available September 15. Please note we will only answer inquiries from those who have read the post and respond with the requested information.

The two rooms and private bath are rented out... together- perfect for someone who needs an office space to work from home. We are looking for one person only- no couples will be considered. The rooms for rent will not furnished.

The house is located in a cute quiet single family neighborhood two blocks from a huge park with walking trails that extend for miles. A few blocks away you’ll find the county fairgrounds/farmers market, and Village of the Peaks which will fulfill all of your grocery needs. We’re only 20min to Boulder, and a short drive to Lyons or Lefthand Canyon where there’s no shortage of hiking and biking trails.

The house is shared with 3 low key working professionals in our late 20s/mid 30s and a lovable quirky rescue pup. Home for us is a refuge where we can experiment with new recipes, test our green thumbs, and recover from long hikes. While we enjoy hosting the occasional dinner party, the house is typically quiet after 9pm to allow everyone the rest and recocery we need. We are open to a housemate of any gender or orientation so long as you are 🏳️‍🌈 friendly and do not smoke. Most importantly we are looking for a good fit so that we can keep our home a fun relaxed place.

At this time we would prefer no other animals, as the current pup is still in training and gets very nervous. Rent is $1100 plus shared utilities.
