Our Condo is located on the third floor; accessible via adjacent stairwell or an elevator down the hall. We pride our home in having four balconies - most with a beautiful view of the flatirons and CU Campus. Our kitchen, dining /living room areas are spacious and there is no shortage of sunlight throughout. Our living room is set with a fireplace and skylight. Our kitchen includes a stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. Common floor areas are either wood or tile and bedrooms are carpeted. Please feel free to contact us regarding any questions. This condo includes a washer & dryer unit. The Gold Run Health Club is included in rent. Condo comes fully furnished in common areas.

There are two bedrooms (each with their own bathroom) available for lease. Bedroom #1 (first floor) has an attached balcony via sliding door, and receives lots of sunlight. Bedroom #2 (upstairs) is the largest in the condo, and includes multiple windows. The bathroom, adjacent to the bedroom, is topped with a whirlpool jacuzzi, 2 sinks, large counter-spaces, and an attached rooftop terrace. The upstairs area also includes a common room which connects to a different balcony. Bedroom #3 (first floor) is occupied by myself, Ravi Nirula, a CU rising senior undergrad studying Business.
