12 month lease required. We are looking for a 3rd Roommate in our 3 bedroom/2 Bath condo that is 5 minute walk from CU. One of us is an exchange student from Ireland who studies chemical engineering and is an active outside person. The second... roommate is a CU alumni (and is retired Owner of condo) he travels some (Ecuador France Switzerland) spends time with grandchildren. We are 5 minute walk from the local grocery store (Sprouts and Safeway) and 2 minute walk from the local bus. Parking if needed is on street or assigned condo attached spot is $45 We have had roommates from Germany India Tunisia Kuwait, Canada and Peru and USA We are friendly and considerate. We want a similar roommate. Kitchen tidy is especially important.

Fall/Spring semester Rent is $1250 and utilities are $100 per month, in total is $1350 per month. {If a 12 month tenant is not found by August 10, 2025 }There is $300 damage deposit. It Is all returnable within 15 days of vacancy if no damage occurs minus a $35 cleaning lady fee. 12 month lease would be a reduced rate. $1200 + $100 utilities.
