2 rooms for rent in a 3 bedroom Apartment

Hi! I have two rooms opening for rent in August. The larger room is $802, the smaller room $761 (3 bedrooms total). Utilities are less than $80/person per month.

~If this post is up, the rooms are still available~
~I won't reply if you just message...
me "is this still available"~

I have been here for four years now. My roommates are both moving out of state so I’m looking for two people to rent their rooms, or someone who wants a room and an office. (Each bedroom pictured has a queen bed in it) (also, each of the current roommates are interested in selling their beds)

Everyone will be on the lease and there is a $1000 deposit per person. No cats/dogs 😞

Perfect for someone without a car, It’s a 15-20min walk to campus and a 10min walk to sprouts. Also, a 15min walk to pearl street. There is (free) private parking in the back. There is laundry in the building, it’s $4 for a full cycle.

I would prefer to live with ladies, but the only things I really care about as far as housemates go is that: it’s quiet at reasonable hours and that everyone cleans up after themselves/ is down to help with occasional deep cleaning of communal spaces.

The furniture in the living room is mine, so no need to worry about furnishing. However, I’m not tied to anything, so if you have furniture you love, I’m willing to sell what is here.

A bit about me:
Hi I’m Andrea 🙂
I’m 26, I took some years off from school and now I’m finishing my undergrad at CU in EBio (graduating spring 2026). I have worked at the Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse since 2019. I do most outdoorsy things (climb, snowboard, hike, backpack etc.) at a moderate pace. I play the bass and I love music. I only really drink ‘n such if I go out or go to a show, but I’m kind of a home body so that doesn’t happen often. In my free time I go to the gym, knit, and cook.

Shoot me a message with a little about yourself and some times you are available to come check the place out!

Cheers,
Andrea
