2 Rooms for the price of one!

This great price includes two small rooms and private 1/2 bath in an older, bit ramshackled house with a huge yard in a nice quiet neighborhood close to bus lines, grocery store and coffee shops! Biking distance to CU. Utilities included.

One room...
is a bedroom with private 1/2 bath and the other can be used as study/office/living/workout room. This rental is for one person only. Shower is shared with 1 full-time and 1 very part-time (1 week every 2 months max), quiet, older but active housemates.

Furnishing, (your option), includes Bed, Dresser, desk, office chair, sofa, and 32" monitor. Must provide own sheets and towels. Access to kitchen and huge yard. Off street parking for one vehicle and enclosed outside bike shed.

Must like dogs! 2 large dogs live here :-) Sorry, no other pets, but possible rent reduction for occasional pet care.

Past housemates have included 3 Physics Doctorates and Post-Docs.

The only chore is weekly bringing kitchen trash, compost and recycling to bins/curb.

Move in requires first, last and security deposit. Available July 15th with two weeks free move in!

NO Drug or Pot use (smoke or edibles) allowed and only minimal alcohol use.
