2155 Walnut Street

Looking for a roommate to move into the other bedroom in this 2 bedroom apartment! Cozy little place in a convenient location and very economical for Boulder's standards ($1650 per month / 2 people = $825 per month, with utilities being less than $50... per month).

A bit about my living habits:
- I tend to wake relatively early (6 at the earliest, 9:30 at the latest, generally somewhere in the middle) and thus also tend to wind down/seek quietude early (around 9:30pm, to be sound asleep by 10:30/11ish). I try to keep my mornings quiet as most people seem to sleep later than me, and hope that a roommate who goes to sleep later would extend the same courtesy
- I tend to prefer my living space open for movement purposes and for lack of visual clutter, hence why the living area just has a square of linoleum and a couple of furniture-esque items around the perimeter, but I'm open to changing that around with someone who has greater aesthetic ambitions than I
- I don't necessarily cook every day, but I do tend to make use of a kitchen. I generally wash the non-dishwasherable dishes I've used shortly after eating and decompressing, but occasionally I run out of energy and will push it to the next day (am open to prioritizing this more if it's an inconvenience!)

A bit about me, personally:
- Philosophy PhD student entering my third year, and an honorary member of the dance department (maybe a future MFA??)
- Social introvert in that I enjoy engaging with people but recharge/am energized in solitude
- My time is mostly comprised of: listening to music (Top 3 = Novo Amor, Noah Kahan, Lizzy McAlpine), dancing (breaking, house, and Hip-hop, repping Mi Chantli), academic responsibilities, going on walks, and occasionally falling into Colorado stereotypes (i.e., climbing)...
- LQBTQIA+
- I very much value building meaningful relationships with people and am pretty open to an array of roommate circumstances! I've lived with people as people who purely cohabitate, people who are friendly acquaintances, and people who are very much close friends! Just depends on personality/fit and a bit of communication about what we're both looking for in a roommate. Though I hope at this time in life to have a roommate relationship that is more than just cohabitation!

Very happy to talk about any/all of this more on a stroll or in a Zoom meeting if you're interested :)
