2890 Pennsylvania Ave

Large house right off of Colorado and 28th on the northeast side of campus. Less than a 10 minute walk to campus and there is a bus stop for the stampede right outside the house. The renter will have a room on the top floor, with enough room for a... large bed and desk, and has a built in closet. The entire house has three shared spaces, two living rooms and a third with a bar and couches (it’s basically a porch with a roof and walls). Along with this it has a recently remodeled kitchen with lots of room for appliances and enough space for everyone’s individual groceries and food storage. The house is fully furnished and the renter would just have to furnish their room for the most part (Im open to leaving some of my furniture like a be frame if need be). Amenities/utilities include washer/dryer, high speed WiFi, electricity and gas, where renters split the electricity, gas, and WiFi costs every month. There’s parking in a “lot” in the back that has enough room for 7 cars comfortably and a nice front and back yard that is maintained by the landlord. There is also lots of storage in the house for skis, bikes, golf clubs etc. please reach out with any questions about this spring semester sublease!
